- Our jewelry is designed to be waterproof, anti-tarnish, and suitable for everyday wear with proper care.
2. Product Information
We aim to display product details, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color or finish may occur due to lighting or screen settings. Product images are for reference only. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
3. Custom & Personalized Jewelry

Customized and personalized items are made specifically for each customer. These items cannot be modified, returned, or exchanged once the order is confirmed. Customers are responsible for ensuring customization details are correct before checkout.
4. Pricing & Payments
- a) All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
- b) Prices may change without prior notice.
- c) We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- a) COD is available across Dubai and all Emirates.
- b) COD fee: AED 20.
- c) Orders must be confirmed before dispatch.
- d) Parcels cannot be opened before payment.
- e) Repeated missed deliveries may result in cancellation or prepaid-only orders.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- a) Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.

- d) Other Emirates: 2–4 days
- e) Free UAE shipping on orders above AED 149.
- f) Orders below AED 149 incur a standard delivery fee.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on jewelry that has been opened, worn, or used.
8. Refund Eligibility (If Applicable)
- a) The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- b) Clear photo or video proof must be provided.
- c) The item must be unused and in original, unopened packaging.
- d) Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours.
9. Non-Returnable Items
- a) Change of mind.
- b) Wrong product ordered by the customer.
- c) Used, worn, or tampered jewelry.
- d) Claims made after 7 days of delivery.
10. Anti-Tarnish Disclaimer
- a) Tarnishing caused by perfumes, chemicals, heat, or improper care is not a defect.
- b) General wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
- c) Please follow our Jewellery Care instructions to maintain longevity.
11. Jewellery Care Responsibility
Customers are responsible for maintaining their jewelry as per the care instructions provided. Natural fading over time is normal for plated jewelry.
12. Allergic Reactions
Our jewelry is made using high-quality materials. However, trace amounts of nickel may be present. Customers with metal sensitivities should review product details carefully before purchase.
